Norton Tablet Security

I have Norton Internet Security for my PC. Can I use the same for my Nextbook Premium 8.

Hi Howeird.

Welcome to the Community.

I understand that the Nextbook P8 is an Android tablet.  Therefore Norton Internet Security will not run on it.  However Norton Tablet Security should do what you want.

Can you tell us what Norton product you bought and how/where you bought it?

I assume that you have a data connection working on your P8.  Is this WiFi and are you getting a strong and consistent signal?

So you have been given an address to download from - is that correct?

Can you access that address and does it appear to download?

If it appears to download can you then locate the downloaded file?

Have you set your device to allow "Unknown sources" under Settings: Applications?

Or can you explain in a little more detail where it appears to fail.

Could you clarify what you mean by "won't download?"  Are you able to access the page?  If you look in your downloads folder do you see nothing?  Unlike Windows you won't see a popup when a file begins to download.  Depending on your version of Android and any OEM customizations you may or may not have the download automatically launch.  Do you have a notification bar or notification tray in the lower right hand corner?  Try checking there for any "download" or "download finished" notifications.  That and Mike's suggestion should be what you need, but please let us know if you continue to have a problem.
