Is anyone using NTS on a Samsung 7inch Galaxy Tablet?  When I downloaded the product it will not change orientation so when you get to type in your Authorization Code there is no way to submit it.  Anyone else have this issue?

Is this a froyo or Honeycomb Galaxy Tab?

Samsung Galaxy Tab, Android 2.2.  The product NTS downloaded fine and I can get the screen to enter the authorization code and once entered there is nothing showing on the screen to submit it, just the box where I entered the code.  As I mentioned, the orientation will not adjust to tablet movement so there is no way to see if a submit option is available further down on the page.  Any help would be appreciated.

When the keyboard is displayed, do you see a down arrow or something similar in the lower left hand corner?  Or a keyboard icon?  Try tapping that.  Depending on the keyboard on the device you can sometimes have the submit button covered up.

When I get to the screen that has - Norton Tablet Security

Please enter your activation code in order to activate license.

Box here to enter code and when I tap in the box the page comes up with the Keyboard and I type the code.  If I enter the "Done" key Or the "Keyboard" key in the bottom left it just takes me back to the initial Activation Screen listed above and shows my code in the box.  The screen does not scroll down and there is nothiing on the screen to allow you to submit the code entered.

Sorry for the delay. It looks like the current build of nts doesn't support the 7 inch screen. We're working on an update. I will post an update once the build from the download site is update.

Wondering on the status of a fix to this issue.  I was contacted by a support rep on October 25 who said that they had a fix for this issue.  He emailed a link to me and when I tried it - it said it was invalid.  The rep said he would get back to me and I never heard from him again.
