Not sure what they were trying to send. The team is working on updating the biuld on the download page (http://norton.com/nts) in the next 24-48 hours. Once done, you'll be able to download the new build and activate that.

Try downloading and installing the new APK that is posted on the download site now. This should be version 2.5.1 and should now allow you to activate on your 7 inch device.

I am having a similar problem with Samsung 10.1 Galaxy tab, the gui for signin does not work, unable to buy the product to download onto the tablet. ANy help will be appreciated. I already have a regular Norton account for PCs. Thanks
