MehulBhai is right. You appear to be in the correct forum for your tablet but to have bought the wrong Norton product.
That was the bad news, now hopefully for the good. I think you will find that Norton Tablet Security (which should be appropriate for your device) is cheaper and if you bought the Norton 360 within the last 60 days and don't need it for anything else then Norton's refunds policy should mean that you get all you money back.
So first I recommend that you go back to whoever sold you the Norton 360 and try to get you money back from them. If they will not oblige then try the Norton Chat line (most people find it speedy and helpful) and ask them to arrange a refund. Norton Chat can be contacted via this link. Just scroll down to the "Chat Now" button and click on that. Then when you have got through explain the situation and ask for the refund.
Once you have got your money back find a supplier of Norton Tablet Security, you might consider getting it directly from Norton, and buy that. As your tablet has WiFi I would have thought the best way to get it onto your device is to download it over the WiFi.
