DistEd2 is correct.  Retail only for the time being.  At some point NTS should be available on the Android Market.

This had to be the best thing that happened to me and my Asus Transformer TF101 so far in 2012, lets hope that version 2013 builds on the foundation of NTS 2012 and leads to greater things.
