A large number of members of the Norton community have been experiencing issues with Norton Confidential crashing in Google Chrome. The solution found by many members was to disable that extension, and doing so resulted in no more crashing. My question is, I know that Norton Confidential was a toolbar for Chrome that was like identity protection and password saving, but even though I solved the annoyance of the issues resulting from Norton Confidential, does having it disabled completely stop phishing alerts from Norton on Google Chrome, or is anti-phishing also built into the program itself?
TL;DR -- Is the Norton Confidential toolbar the only means of alerts from Norton for phishing sites, not counting Google Chrome's built-in anti-phishing?

The extension must be enabled for Norton Antiphishing to work in Google Chrome.
