I have the same Identity Safe settings on this Windows 7 machine as on my XP machine. Auto-Login works fine on the XP machine; does not work at all on this Windows 7 machine.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Welcome,
Are you using a local vault for each or the online vault for both?

Hi,
Can you please clarify whether your issue is "Auto-Login" of Identity Safe Profile when you reboot the machine OR Autofill
of username and password not working on the websites were you had stored Logins using "Identity Safe"????
If your issue is autofill of login is not working on websites you visit then please mention the URLs of them. Also mention the browser you used while facing the issue.
If your issue is "Auto-Login" of Identity Safe Profile is not working after reboot then please check your machine setting under
"Settings"->"Web"->"Identity Safe"->"Password & Security" UI, your security setting should be "No needed Password. Automatically log me when windows is started" for Auto-Login.
Note:- If you are using Online Profile then "No needed Password. Automatically log me when windows is started" setting will not available in the UI.

Thank you.
Problem was apparently due to the fact that I did not have the Norton Toolbar enabled in MIcrosoft Explorer

Having the same issue. "No needed Password. Automatically log me when windows is started" for Auto-Login is checked, but it appears it logs me off at shutdown or startup everytime. It then requies logging in to get it to autofill. Works fine on my other computer.

Is this where you have checked the no password option?
Are you sure you have not got the next box checked, as I do, for Ask for my password upon resuming from suspend.?
Are you allowing your computer to sleep or hybernate? If you do, it will ask for the password unless you uncheck that last option.
If you are completely shutting down Windows, it should work as advertised. You may need to reinstall. We will deal with that if necessary.

The proper box is checked, I've even cleared and rechecked it. I won't reinstall. I did that a while ago for something else and it made quite a frustrating mess.
