Norton 360  version  6.2.1.5.  running on windows vista

I log into my online vault and I can see 30+ log ins when I hover over all logins.  however, when I go to edit log-ins the window is blank.

Also, a log in that I have had saved for a long time is no longer here.  the log in to my library account is missing - both from all log ins as well as the edit log ins window.  I brought that over from my local version when I upgraded to this online one a few months back.  How come it's gone now?

I've used the "report issues" link a couple of times to report these issues but thought I'd try this avenue as well.

How do I make sure all my log ins are saved and "safe"?

Welcome

Try logging out of Identity Safe.

Then click on the Identity safe link on the Norton Toolbar.

When the log in screen comes up, see if there is an option to log out of your Norton Account on that page. If there is, do so. (Sorry I do not know if this is there as I do not use the online vault)

Then try logging in with your old password for the old local vault. Check to see if your login are there.

If that works, be sure to make a backup/export of your Identity Safe data.

Then exit Identity Safe, and then log in to the Online vault again.

Import your logins from the backup you just made.

I am only giving my best guess on a couple of these steps, so please let me know how far you get.

I logged out of the online vault, but I wasn't able to figure out how to log into the local version...

I was able to create a back up after logging back into the online version. 

I tried importing that (said to merge w/existing, not replace)

I logged out of online vault & then back in again.

I still have blank window when I try to edit my logins.

If you had a local vault and moved it to online - you no longer have a local vault:

"In Norton 2012, you can also move a local vault to an online vault. When a vault is moved, the original profile

is deleted after it is successfully converted to a new type. The Move to Online option is available on the

Settings page of a logged in local vault.

When you convert a local vault to the online vault, it must meet the minimum password strength requirement.

The process flow informs to change the password before converting to the online vault in case the password

is weak. To create the online vault, the master password of the vault must be minimum of eight characters

long. Also, the master password must have at least one numeral and one special character in it."

I would suggest you create a new local vault and then take the exported ID Safe dat from your online vault and import it into your local vault.  That is theonly way I have ever been able to get the information that I sent online back into a local vault.

To reply to Peter web - Yes I did have a local vault before I moved it to an online one.

I agree that when I created the online version, it took away the local vault.  I haven't tried recreating another local vault.  I can try to figure out where to start to do that in the future as a good way to back up my online info. 

I'm still wondering though why I can see my logins by hovering over "all log ins" but cannot see any when I try to "edit" them.  I would love to be able to organize them and use the folder options, but this is turing out to be more of a pain that it probably is worth.

I have captured the header of my Edit Logins - not displaying any log-ins for obvious reason.  I do in fact have all log ins displayed on the left hand side - but I noticed the Show all grayed out on the header - clicking on it does nothing for me - but I am curious if it is grayed out on your header - if not click it and let us know what happens.

<edit> I have played around some more and found that if I type something in the Find box the Show All becomes active and clickcing it will display all - but it does back to grayed out when nothing is entered in the Find box .

Sorry for the issue you are facing. Can you try following suggestion.

Try to create New Online vault for same Norton account. Please follow below steps to do that.

1. Login to Current Online vault and take backup of identity safe data using Export option( to import after creating new one)

2.Using Delete data option, Delete Online vault.

3.Create New Online vault  using the option "Identity Safe Setup"

4.Import Identity safe data to Online vault using "Import data" option

5.Now Check the logins in Edit logins.

I am having the same exact problem as sandy54981.

Tried the "solution" last advised above (export / delete / recreate / import vault data) ... I still have the same exact problem.
