I have having a very strange issue. If norton toolbar extension is enable sometime my page not load completely untill I open a new tab or switch between tabs. As soon as I open new tab or switch tab my page load completely.
I have tested it with many different ways. But When ever norton toolbar extention enable I have this issue.
Is this a known issue or there is any kind of fix for the same?

I thought it was just Chrome weirdness I was seeing, but what you described is happening to me too. It's not 100% reproducible. Sometimes it happens, sometimes not. But when it does happen, it's so annoying I'll load up FF or IE instead. I didn't even think the problem might be associated with Norton. But now that you mention it, it makes sense.

Please see workaround information here. We are still looking into this matter.

Hello,
i'm encountering the same kind of problem. Closing the bar, solved the problem of pages not displaying, i noted the resizing the window made the page to appear. But I'm still having troubles with the google+ page. With the NIS extension ON i can't navigate on the google+ main page with the left toolbar (displaying Home/Profile/Discover/events/....).
Could this be solved ? i would rather have the benefit of the NIS than simply removing the extension.
It works OK on IE.

I also have the same problem, please fix this. It's very annoying!!
My Google plus page is just useless when Norton Identity Protection is enabled in Chrome. Hiding the toolbar as per the link of the workaround does not help. Only by disabling the addon completely will Google plus work again. And this only affects Chrome. FF and IE work just fine.
Do something already please!

Same problem with pages not loading/scroll stuck and with Google Plus not working at all, just with Norton toolbar active in Chrome.

The latest version of Norton Internet security 2012 with the latest patches (version 19.8.0.14) causes that Google Plus does not work with the most current Google Chrome browser (version 21.0.1180.83) when Norton Toolbar is enabled.
Hopefully Symantec will fix this problem soon, Google browser is used by many folks. The only work-around is to disable Norton toolbar completely or to use Internet Explorer or Firefox that do not have this issue.

The problem I have been having is where originally Chrome would crash from Norton Confidential, but just lately, the toolbar disappeared. However the weird part is that I have multiple logins on my computer and only one login has the problem, and everything works fine in the other logins (knocking on wood). I love the Login security, but now it i sgone on chrome. Please find the malfunction and get us back to being secure, as it is more time consuming to turn on the pointer keyboard, to that I can safely put in login information, to protect from keystroke tracking.
