False safe certificate to a website hosting virus.

The website tiava.com is an extremely hardcore pornographic website. It is full of malicious viruses. Yet Norton internet security certifies it as completely safe from all threats. How does this happen.

The last look at the site by Symantec may have been awhile ago,   I loaded the Homepage and I am not surprised there are malware uploaded to the site, to be honest.
