Glad to hear you got it.
Updates and reboots often fix all kinds of problems.

I have learned to avoid FF updates for at least a month to give Nortons time to update their toolbar and identify safe.
Same problem this time with NSS and FF 13. When I click to update to FF13, a msg tells me in advance that NSS toolbar will not work. I do it anyway, and sure enough, Nortons does not work.
I used NSS live update and it clicks to comcast V5.2.1.3 which was already there.
FF and NSS says it should be V6.2.1.5.
But live update will not give me that version.
Ho-hum. i love my FF and NSS but this happens on every update. I'll still with FF 12 for another month and try again

Hi robertpri007,
Norton Security Suite will now update to v 6.2.1.5. You can follow the instructions in the followiong link from the Comcast Forums:
It will upgrade to version 6 and then you can run manual LiveUpdate (rebooting as requested) until LiveUpdate responds "no updates Found" Then reboot one more time and you shoudl be able to update to FF 13.0.1.
Just a heads up, when you go to download NSS, you will receive a popup offering Constant Guard Protection Suite - just click on No Thanks and the Get it Now Button will be revealed for the NSS download.
Please keep us posted.
