Hey folks,
I noticed that the toolbar has been updated to support Firefox 14, but it seems that the only mechanism available to get the new version is LiveUpdate (via the Internet Security, 360, or Comcast Security Suite).
I'm using the stand-alone version of Identify Safe available from https://identitysafe.norton.com/download
What's the procedure to update the toolbar in that version of the product? Further detail: I'm on an employer-issued PC that has Symantec Endpoint Protection installed, which is why I'm not using any of the "suites" listed above.
Would appreciate any insight. Thanks!

Hi JonInVA,
The easiest way to get the update is to go to your Norton Toolbar, click on the Norton icon, and check for updates (screenshot below). If you have already received the Firefox update and your Norton Toolbar is already disabled, then you can wait until your system automatically downloads the patch silently. Please remember that the patch requires a system reboot before the add-on can be enabled. Hope this helps.

Albert

That did the trick - I was already pending a reboot. Thanks guys! I cannot tell you how much release-day support for new browser versions is appreciated!
