Form filling with 360 v6

I used to get my doctors prescription form filled with v3 no problem. However, with v5 and now with v6 it will no longer do it.

I have checked the region settings and they are OK. There was 2 columns for medication, dosage, and qty. None come up now and i can only get my address and email filling. I am use IE v9.0.8112. Any ideas

Welcome,

I'm not aware of any way that 360 identity safe will fill in the additional information. Sorry.

 hi tizate

why not try firefox or chrome and see if you still have  the same pro?

all so do you ues IE 9 32 bit or do  you ues IE 9 64 bit?

if you ues IE 64 bit  then identity safe may not work  well it may work on some site but not on other has norton dos not support 64 bit  bowers at this time

so i woud try IE 9 32 bit and see if  that help any if not then i would try firefox or chrome and see if you still get the same pro in them

Can you try the steps mentioned in the following KB?

Thanks,

Are you sure it was not your browser saving this information? I have a similar page for my medical insurance claims, and it is the browser that is saving form information.

Look under Internet Options, and see what settings you have from the General tab, under Browsing History. Also check under the Content tab and see what the  settings are for Autocomplete.
