Hi all,
I have N.I.S. on my PC which has been great! What I really liked was when using Internet explorar if I searched something the results would appear with a Norton logo next to each result saying whether or not that, that particular site was safe or not! However I've now gone over to google crome and have lost this (but it still remains on IE)! I would really like to have this on GC instead as no one know uses IE. So my question is how do I get it to appear on GC?
Many thanks,
Bluetail

Hi BT
Welcome to the Norton Community Forum. Please let us know if you are able to see the Norton Toolbar in Google Chrome.
And also more info about your Norton product can help us help you more efficiently. Open NIS--> Support --> About. Let us know the Product Version.

Hi Bluetail,
In NIS 2011,We don't have Norton toolbar support for Google chrome. Please upgrade to NIS 2012 to have toolbar support in Google chrome.
Thanks,
Senthil

Thanks Senthil :)
If I go Support > New version check a web page appears saying a product update is avaiable with a picture of Internet security 2012 beside it. I click continue but then a page appears saying an error encounted during product download. please try again. I try again, same page appears. It gives me one more option which is to manually install the product - I've clicked that abd I'm lost! There's a list of Windows security products do I click the Norton Internet Security link?
Cheers,
Bluetail
