Hello, and I apoligize if I'm posting this in the wrong section. Please move it to the correct section if there's a better place for it.
I'm writing an article and would like to know how ordinary internet users can submit dangerous URL's to Norton so they can be added to its database of dangerous sites.

Hi Chiron,
On your Norton Toolbar in your browser, you can click on the Norton icon with the dropdown arrow and click on "Report Site":
Or, as a second possibility, you can report a website via this link:
https://submit.symantec.com/antifraud/phish.cgi

However, is there any form which can be used to submit sites which are not phishing but possibly malicious, etc...
