Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Yesterday I started my computer and was prompted to download a new version of Norton 360, which I did.  Once the update finished and I logged back in, I no longer have any logins/passwords saved and also lost my credit card details.  Is there any way to recover this information?  I'd hate to have to start over.

Please help. i have this same problem too and dont know half of my passwords or logins.

Thanks for reporting this issue. What is the Operating system on your machine? Just to make sure that I understood your problem, when you login to Identity Safe, there is no logins listed in "Edit Logins" dialog?

I am running Windows 7.  Yes, you are understanding my issue correctly.
