I want a copy of my cloud based Identity safe sites/passwords to keep on my local PC.

How do I do that., and if not possible...Why not? When will this obvious glitch be fixed?

From your browser, click on the Identity Safe link in the Toolbar. then click on Options - Settings. Then click on Configure next to Export Data. This should save a backup of your ID Safe on your computer.
