ID safe folders

I like to keep my ID safe Logins in folders because some things are only used once per year.  After the last 360 update every time I use a site it puts the Login underneath of the "All Logins" .  I can't delete them from there or else it deletes it completely.  Any way around that???

Re: ID safe folders

Hi JimK,

You need to create folders before moving logins to folders

Follow below steps to create new folder(s)

In the Norton 360 main window, click Identity, and then click Manage Identity Protection.

Under Identity Safe, in the Edit Logins row, click Configure.

In the Edit Logins window, click Create New Folder.

In the New Folder dialog box, in the Enter new folder name box, type a folder name.

Click OK.

After creating New folders, right click on each logins and move to respective folders.

Note: After creating new folder, still we can view logins from toolbar->identity safe->All logins-><"Newly created folders"> "Logins"

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes?

Thanks,

Senthil

Re: ID safe folders

If I may add one more thing to senthil's post:

Be sure to log into ID Safe.  If you do not log in, you will not see the Edit (or 7 other options available).

Re: ID safe folders

I already had the folders and logins in them.  When I go to one and log in it puts it again under the main logins, so in effect they are there twice... once in my folders(original) plus under the "All Logins"

Re: ID safe folders

Hi JimK,

If you are referring to the list of logins in the dropdown menu, the logins shown beneath "All logins" are the 16 most recently visited sites, and are not actually part of the "All logins" category.  Hover your mouse cursor over "All logins" to see your folders.

Re: ID safe folders

How to delete and eliminate the option 16 last visits? They border me highly as a kind of screenpolution.

Hi lekkerweg,

The option for the 16 MRU sites cannot be disabled. For example, if you had 30 logins and went down the list confirming the deletion of the 16 sites in the list, that would leave 14 logins in your identity safe. You would have to start over. I don't find the drop down list as screen pollution. When I click Identity Safe, then Norton Community from the list, I'm logged in and the list is gone.
