Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I have just updated to Norton 360 6.2.1.5

I cannot find how to backup my log in information.

Also the toolbar isn't working (but I have posted about that elsewhere)

To back up your Identity Safe Data click on Settings - Identity Protection. Then click on configure beside Export Data. Then choose a safe place to store the information.

Hi Ian,

Just to add a bit of info to peterweb's post.  Please ensure you are logged in to your ID Safe.  If you are not logged in the Option to Backup will not be visibile.  You can log in to your ID Safe at the top of that same settings page > Log into Identity Safe > Configure(+)

BTW, I do not seem to be able to find your post about your toolbar problem.
