The problem does not lie with IE9 or Firefox, or Chrome. It is in Identity Safe! I recently upgraded to V6 of Norton 360 and I am experiencing the same problems. User names and passwords that were filled in under the previous version of 360 do not always get auto filled with V6. I contacted Symantec support and was first promised a fix in 1 -3 days. After waiting 3 weeks, I called them again and was then promised a fix in 7-10 days. After another 2 weeks and still no fix, someone from Symantec called and wanted the same website info that I supplied to the first person I contacted. I was then told that my problem would be sent to the development team with a high priority. My subscription expires in about 3 weeks and if this problem is not fixed by then, I do not plan on renewing. I consider the price of a product to include some type of support., not a bunch of empty promises.
