Hello, trying to login to Identity Safe based on my Norton Account for cloud storage but I receive the following message:
Failed to log in to your Norton Account. Please check the supplied credentials.
Now I have logged on via the web page and successfully access the vault online, I even changed my password to see if that would work but no dice....
Not please with Norton at all currently as I have spent about an hour trying to find a support email address so I could send a PrtScn, the only support I see now is FAQ and this forum or a "paid" support.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
What is the Norton product which you are using? Also, can you please let us know the version number of the product? You can get that from Support->About from the product UI.
Please try rebooting the machine and then trying to login to NA.
