Identity Safe Login in issue

I have had Identity Safe set for no password needed, auto log me in when windows is started.  But for some reason when I start the PC and go to a website that I have a stored login info with Identity Safe the Log in comes up and I now have to log in first before I can select a stored login.  I have gone into the settings and under Password and Security and I find the Auto log  when windows is started is checked  so I do not understand why it is no longer working the way it had been.  Does anyone know what I can do to correct this issue?

Re: Identity Safe Login in issue

Hi JHF-12,

Welcome to Norton community.

When you say that "when you start the PC" does it mean that your machine was shutdown or logged from reboot state?

If you are resuming from sleep mode or hibernate mode, just make sure "secure resume" option is unchecked. You can find it in the same settings page.

If that doesn't work either, just try to re-create a new vault. Before doing that use the export option and export your vault data in a DAT format and then use the "delete data" option and delete the existing vault and setup a new identity safe profile and import the DAT file which was exported. In the new vault created just try if "No password needed" option is working as expected.

Let us know how it goes.

regards,

Prasanna
