Thanks for that.
I will try to find the website with the issue, but it will be like looking for a needle in a haystack...

Just wondering if you had managed to replicate the issue?

Hi Terry,
Sorry for the late reply I could not reproduce the issue. Its working as expected.
My suggestion is.
1. Take backup of your data using export data option in identitysafe
2. Delete your profile using delete option in idenitysafe
3, Create new idenitity safe profile
4. Import your data which you have taken backup using options in identitysafe
5. Check the behavior
Please let me know your result
Thanks,
Senthil

Still the same issue! I will try deleting my profile again and not reload all my logins, only changing the logout after 15 minutes setting and see what happens

I have done the above and a complete re-install and I'm still having the same issues?

Hi Terry,
Last week we released a patch http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Internet-Sec
Could you please run live update repeatedly until its shows "Your Norton Product has the latest protection updates" and check the behavior.
Thanks,
Senthil

Hi Senthil,
I am seeing exactly the same problem as the OP. I have ID Safe set to log out after 15 minutes of inactivity. That whole 15 minutes I was using the computer but not doing anything which would excercise ID Safe, yet after 16 minutes I had to log back into ID Safe.
And Yes I am fully up to date with 19.1.1.3. ![]()
EDIT: It is important to note that if you so much as click on Identity Safe from the browser toolbar (such as to check if it has logged out...) it will reset the clock and you won't see the problem.
Please let me know what data you need collected.
Thanks and best wishes.
