Is anyone else having difficulty logging into their Identify Safe using Firefox?
When I try to login, I get an error message, "A Network error is preventing access..."
Yet, I am able to access the Internet just fine. I can access my account through Norton 360 to view my subscriptions.
I have tried IE as well, and it too is a no-go.

Hi
Can you please try to login now and check. It seems like it happened intermittently. I checked a while back and got the same message, now no errors.

I had a similar situation yesterday except that the message on the box was not processing, it was syncing. It was unresponsive to attempts to stop it and I finally had to force the window to close. Then it worked just fine.
Today I'm just getting a message "Unavailable - Browser Restart Required" but a browser restart doesn't change it. Wondering if the online Identity Safe is really ready for prime time.

Hi,
I don't think it was the program. I had trouble with Internet access trying to get my vault open
I'd blame it on Monday morning but it isn't Monday.
