Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I use cpanel to access my website hosting services tools. I added the login to Identity Safe manually because everytime I tried to login Identity Safe would not recognize it and give me the option to save.

After I added the website manually it now comes up but only populates the password.

I am using Windows 7 and Google Chrome as my browser. I found it does fill in the user when I try this in IE9.

I used the search option to find a solution before posting but it returned no results when I searched for cpanel.

Anything I can supply to help?

Hi,

In the Norton Toolbar there should be an option in the Identity Safe dropdown called 'Report Issue'. Please fill out that form and we'll review the auto-filling logic for that website to be updated.
