In Identity Safe on line, when I sign in, when I try to click on Cards or Notes, I immediately get asked for the vault password again. When I get back in the same thing happens again. Reboot does not help. I need to access my stored notes and cards information. I want to open them up and get at what I have stored. What do I do?

Identity safe will ask for vault password in following area
1. While logging into vault,
2. Exporting the idsafe data,
3. If we provide the "Password protect option" while creating a card.
and based on following settings in Password and security option.
Can you check above settings in your product and check the issue again?
Could you provide product information to know more about the issue, You can find in NIS/N360->Support ->About?
