In the last 30 days or so Identity Safe stopped working intermittently. Much of the time it will not fill in passwords anymore. Form filling rarely works. I have many passwords an rely heavily on the product-which doesnt work anymore. I was advised to switch from IE to Firefox, which I did. No help there. What gives?
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Product: Norton Internet Security Ver: 19.6.2.10
Firefox 11

Hi,
Please run live update to get to the latest product update. The last updated version is 19.7.0.9 , please run the live update untill it says no updates left and then check if things are sorted.

I see the problem. I had done all the updates, but had not rebooted. Rebooting to finish installing the updates fixed the problem. Thanks for your help.
