Hello.

Identity safe continues to have errors while entering data in the login page of my bank. Before the problem are that not capturethe start of session, and now the problem is that yes catch the data, but does it wrong, and when I go to the bank does not fill correctly the data and I need to enter the data manually.

The bank page in that Identity Safe captures and refill wrong the login data is this:

Please... Solve this problem. This is not a problem with login in a forum or another entertainment service. This is problem with a BANK page and the problem persist since December 2012

Hello again.

Tonight, less than ten minutes ago, I updated NIS your version 19.7.1.5 and the update installed correctly, and identity safe still will not work with my bank website. The page of my bank where identity safe does not work properly is the one I put in the first message of this post, and we are on day 24 May 2012 with this problem unresolved ...

I can not understand why Symantec is not serious about this, it is access to a banking service and precisely is in those places where the identity safe needs to be efficient.
