This is my 1st issue in the forum..I use windows Vista 32-byte..I have Nortons 360 6.0..Earlier this evening,6/18/12,mt monitor went on the fritz (scrambled)..After clearing that up,I clicked Identity Safe to log back on and nothing happened..The "lock" was opened..I double-clicked on the icon in the task bar and again,nothing..After using the Norton Pwr Eraser do to the err:8504,104,I was able to open Norton 360 via task bar,verified the settings ( ID Safe was checked off),but when I clicked on ID Safe to try logging in,nothing happened (lock remained opened)..Also,after each attempt with Nortons,the page that I may be on at the time,be it yahoo,nortons,amazon,etc...stops working..I need some suggestions,Neighbors:)
