The Identity safe black bar is presented automatically at the top of a website when I enter websites requiring my personal details but if I try to scroll down the page the details on the page expands in size and makes the wording unreadable. If I then try to move back up the page the objects on the screen compresses to very tiny.
If I press the X on the Identity safe bar and close it the screen reverts to normal and I can view the page using IE9, my normal browser. (If I use the “form fill” button to add my personal details to the form when first entering the page without moving the cursor they are entered correctly).
I do not want to use the “Never - Don’t show for this page / Don’t show for any page” options as I would use the Fill Form button if the bar worked correctly for me.
I cannot find any details of how to amend my Identity safe settings to correct this problem. Any suggestions of how to correct it would be appreciated.

Welcome,
I must be the bearer of bad news
There is no setting in the toolbar to correct the problem. There are a couple of possibilities with your browser
Try changing the compatibility mode [that torn page at the top center of your screen] Also, if you right click in a blank area of the screen and bring up that pane you can then click on 'refresh' which may also solve the problem.![]()

Sorry for the issue you are facing.
Could you provide the website link in which you are facing this problem?
Thanks,
Senthil.

The problem appears on all websites requiring name and address details.
It occurs for example on the Norton Community Registration form page
Hope this helps.

Hi Twomoons,
I have tried to reproduce the issue from our end. It seems working fine for registration page with form fill infobar e.g.. community.norton.com registration page, google new account creation page etc.
Tested with multiple browsers IE9,FF13,Chrome 19 on Win7 ,XP SP3 - IE8,
As Dick mentioned, Please check Compatibility settings in IE9->Tools->Compatibility View,Compatibility View Settings.
Thanks,
Senthil

Thanks you for your suggestions. I have now had a chance to test them; unfortunately they do not provide the solution. Using the compatibility mode works on a small number of websites but not on the majority and the refresh option does not alter the screen viewing problems.
I don’t know if it helps but I am using Vista with Windows important updates regularly uploaded. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you updated the driver for your video card lately? If all of the browsers are having trouble displaying correctly that might be a good place to start this round of troubleshooting. We will oveercome! ![]()

Good but not perfect
peerfect would have solved the problem. Does this happen with any browser you use? FF Chrome, etc?
About the only other area to check would be the hardware. If it meets the minimum requirements of the operating system then I'm nearing the bottom of my bag or tricks.
