Identity safe is no longer filling in the password for my bank account. Fills in username. Works for all other sites that I tried, but will no longer work for the banking site. Any idea what happened? Using IE9, Windows 7.

If you wish to post the URL of the website you are trying to use, there may be someone here that knows of it.
You can also click on the Norton check mark at the far left of the toolbar, and click on Report Site. This will bring the issue to Norton's attention, and they will be able to get a fix for it.

Hi,
If you click on Identity Safe, there is an option to Report Issue. Do this on your problem site.

I am also having a problem with Norton 360 identity safe not filling in passwords. There are only 3-4 sites it will fill in - and the rest I have to look up manually & fill in by hand. What a pain! I tried the two other 'suggestions' but got nowhere. If Norton has a site specialist monitoring questions this'd be a great one to reseach. I only kept 360 because of this feature. Otherwise I would've changed to another product since 360 eats a LOT of HDD.

Thanks Dave. Found the option to report problem.

I tried deleting my login from ID Safe and filling in manually. Now it no longer asks if I want it to remember a new login.

Congo,
Can you click on ID Safe > Options and see if Ignore this page is checked. If so, uncheck it and try again.

According to live chat, some of the banking sites have started preventing ID Safe from filling in passwords due to security purposes. I thought that it was safer to use a program like this due to keyloggers. Anyway they say it isn't the program, but the site. I guess this is solved.
