Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I have not been able to get identity safe to work with IE9. Yes, I have restarted, done all updates. I have disabled and re-enabled 3rd party addins, it does not show up in the addins either. I have restarted the computer, restarted IE numerous times testing.It is working fine on the firefox browser 13.0.1.

The fix that was in one topic of enabling the browsers third party check box, does not solve the problem on my machine.

I am running Vista 64bit ultimate service pack 2, IE9.0.8112.16421.

Does Norton have a fix for this on IE9 yet ????????

Hi hitech7225,

The Norton Toolbar does not yet support 64-bit Internet Explorer.  Switching to the 32-bit browser will allow you to use Identity Safe.
