Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Hi I just upgraded to Norton V6.2.0.9 and am using firefox 12.0  and I am having trouble with indentity safe, if all the login information is on a single webpage it is working just fine, but if you login in on one page and and enter your password on another it does not fill in the password. Can anyone help me with this? it has worked in previous versions

here is an example...  this is only the first page  this fills in fine  it is the second page that does not

Also this page is not filling in on the first page, but will fill in the second page..
