is there an issue with the latest version of norton v6 and identity safe my online banking has not worked ever since I downloaded version 6 I have been manually logging into my online banking account? is there a fix for this or do I need to go back to v5? I spoke with a "tech" from India on a separate matter and he thought that indeed there was a problem with Identity safe ond online banking.

A lot depends upon how a particular website's login pages are created and many websites login pages are changed constantly. Problems may arise if they are split page logins or flash based logins.
You can post the URL of the website here, but the best method to notify Symantec is to navigate to the web page where you encounter a problem. In the Norton Toolbar, click the Identity Safe lock icon and from the drop down options, select "Report Issue". So we can work on the website login process and help you fix the problem.

Thank You for your quick reply. I am doinjg as you requested as we speak,, what is unusualk is that my logon had worked fine when I was using v5 and it had always been a split login.

We have a few websites that are yet to be covered under the Norton Identity Safe feature in the version 6.0. For advanced security we had to updated the Norton Identity Safe and few websites are still being added to the Identity safe. We would like to get help from our users to get these websites added under its wing.
