Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I had internet explore probems and the help i recived had me rest all my settings in advaced network options now norton safe will not show up nor can i open norten on my short cutts i dont know if there is a setting i need to go back an change or what ...but thats where all my passwords are stored and need help.. thanks

Could you provide a bit more info?  Which Norton Product are you using (NIS / N 360, stand alone ID Safe) and the version number (Support > About) as well as if you are using the online vault or the local vault?

Norton 360 stand alone safe, Local vault i think, and version not sure but not the lastest i think

If you cannot open the 360 UI then you may need to reinstall the program. Do that using the Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool found here: http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20110217171332EN be sure to reboot and run live update after the installation.
