Is Norton Identity Safe down?

I am unable to login to Norton Identity Safe for some reason. It happens when trying to login via the browser plugin aswell as via the website https://identitysafe.norton.com/

 

NIS 2012 19.7.0.9

Windows 7 SP1 x64

Chrome 18.0.1025.168
