DAN Glad that the restart worked sometimes it is a simple solution to a computer problem. But be aware that you should update your norton program first then update firefox last.

Can someone please help me figure out how to get my Norton Toolbar back on Firefox? I just recently updated to Firefox 11.0 and it is gone. I installed the Add-on Compatability Reporter and it did nothing. Thank you!

After starting FF did you go to add ons and look in externsions to see that the Norton toolbar and protection extensions had been enabled? They are not automatically enabled in these later iterations of FF.

Thank you for responding. I did go into the extensions. It says "Norton Toolbar is incompatible with Firefox 11.0." I tried checking for an update on there as well. There is no option to enable it.

I'm running Firefox 11.0 and the Norton Toolbar is enabled (see earlier in this thread). The correct Norton Toolbar Version is 2012.5.2.6.

How do I get the correct version of the toolbar? I tried re-installing and it wouldn't let me. Thanks!

Welcome to the norton community sandrajean. Try this do a computer restart it may fix your toolbar problem sometimes it fixes it. Also if you plan to update to firefox 12 on april 24 update your norton software FIRST then update to firefox12 last as it it best to do it this way.
