As a restaurant owner with a web-site presenting the public with our offerings, I can't afford to have people using Norton products tell me that my site is listed by Norton as a "malicious site and that they should exit immediately" A complete security audit of my account was made and did not find any security issues. What Norton is using as to their records was deleted from my account March 26, 2010 over two years ago. I want the malicious "news.php" file, re-evaluated and subsequently delisted. My account is secure and clean. This information is coming from Superb Internet Corp, my hosting company.

Mr Conrad,
To send James Carr a Private Message click on his name in red to the left and on the new screen look to the right to find Send this user a prvate message and that will bring up the Private Message Editor.
With his name in red it means you have the attention of a Norton Staff member ....
