Is there a list of the logins you have disabled or deleted? How can you add a login if you have previously said to not login to that page or website?

Have you tried clicking on the Identity Safe icon in your browser, then Options, Edit Logins. Then try to Create New Login.

Open your browser and navigate to the page that you told Norton to ignore. Click on the Identity Safe icon in your browser, select 'Options' and remove the check mark against 'Ignore this page' on the menu.
