Hi all :-)
Found a minor issue with the Norton Identity Safe Android application on my
Samsung Galaxy S2 running ICS and also on a GB Galaxy Y.
Where when i open the app and the browser feature and select the menu
option i find it seems of the menu options are blocked by the URL address bar.
Portrait Screenshot SGS2
Landscape Screenshot SGS2
Scrolling up or down in portrait mode will not work as it will not move, but in landscape
it will scroll up and down but stops at the menu option of Bookmark in the menu list.
Little bit strange as there is part of some letters showing the portrait image under the
address bar.:-(
I cannot compare it to the tablet and the ID Safe app as the options in the menu list are
different on my Xoom tablet running ICS and everything seems to work ok on the tablet. :-)
It also appears to be a issue on a Android Samsung Galaxy Y running Gingerbread
where some of the options in the menu list appear to be cut off in both portrait and landscape. :-(
And one bit of feedback on something that is really needed with ID Safe is a option to import
and backup bookmarks with the browser feature which would help to make the browser a lot
more user friendly.
Cheers.![]()

Hi all
Just had a chance to test the latest version 1.5.0.9 of the Android Norton Identity Safe
application with my Gingerbread and Ice Cream Sandwich mobile phones. :-)
All seems fine now with the menu options with access to all of them, there are none that
are cut off with no access to them like in the earlier version of NID Safe. ![]()
Well done Symantec Norton Team on fixing the issue.![]()
Will mark this one as solved.and accept as solution. :-)
Cheers. ![]()
