Norton Identity Safe for iPad

I have been using Identity Safe for a while now on my PC. I recently got an iPad and I wanted to use it there too. I also 'migrated' to the 'online vault' instead of having the userids/passwords local.

After installing it on the iPad, it seems that it is its own browser and NOT Identiy Safe For Safari. I think this for a few reasons, including different sets of bookmarks, and that in Safari, I see no sign of it, even though it is installed.
It also seems to be hit or miss for filling in the userid/passwords for different sites that DO work in the PC. I'm not sure if this is a function of the mobile webiste vs the standard website I see on the PC, or not, but the bottom line is, for now, is that it isn't that useful for me for the iPad.

Am I missing something, or are other users seeing the same thing?

1. Hit or miss

2. Not Safari, but its own browser.

Re: Norton Identity Safe for iPad

Some log ins require javascript to work. The iPad does not use this natively. Those web sites will not log in with Identity Safe.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.

Re: Norton Identity Safe for iPad

The Norton Identity Safe iOS app has it's own browser.

If a website is not auto-filling please report it from within the app. Thanks.

Re: Norton Identity Safe for iPad

I will gladly report sites that don't auto fill from within the app but where do I do that?

Re: Norton Identity Safe for iPad

Please use the 'give Feedback' button to report any auto-filling issues. You can find it on the third icon from the left on the bottom of the app (the one with the arrow over the box). Thanks.
