Over the last three days I have had problems connecting to Norton Safe Web.
Sometimes it does connect but very often it does not.
Has anybody else experienced this?

I just did a quick check with a few webpages, and I am indeed getting "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading" at the moment.

Seems like a sever problem. Been having trouble for about 2 days. Norton hasn't figured it out yet. I was on with live chat for about an hour. They tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling but no help. A supervisor is suppose to get back to me within 24 hours.
I just saw this thread and realized it must be a server problem.

Although a little more than 24 hours has passed since my Live Chat session I have not heard anything back from Norton. However, it does appear that the Safe Web url site check is working again.

We are not alone on this. Same on my end ... no Safe Web for now ![]()

At this time Safe Web seems to be working OK for me. Anyone else still having problems?
P.S.. Still have not heard back from norton support.![]()

It does seem to be working fine now.
Since this problem lasted for several days, Norton should have posted some kind of a message here on the forums.
I hope they do it if this ever happens again.
