Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Hello, I have been waiting for Norton Safeweb to verify my site www.websterapts.com for over 6 months now and they still have the grey question mark icon beside the site.  The site is owner verified.  Can someone please help me out with this?  Thank you so much.
