I just installed the latest version of Norton 360 on my new computer - yes all updates have been downloaded, but the toolbar with the search engine that I had on my old computer is nowhere to be found. I haven't found a suitable answer in any of the other threads. PLEASE HELP!

Welcome
You do not mention which browser, but go to the option to manage your add ons. Make sure that Norton Toolbar and Norton Vulnerability Protection are enabled.

I am using Internet Explorer. I think I am beyond hope, I cannot find where to manage add ons.

OK I found where to manage add ons but there is nothing there for Norton toolbar! I tried to download Norton Safe Web Lite but it wouldn't let me, it said I already had the toolbar downloaded!!! But WHERE IS IT??? This is so ridiculous.

OK, I finally got it, Thank you!! For some strange reason when I looked for "manage add ons" by searching in programs and files, I got to the right place but the Norton toolbar wan't there. I finally found a phone number to call and the tech opened the same manage add ons but with the "tools" icon ( I didn't know to look there) and the same info was there, but the Norton toolbar was also there. That is strange to me, I don't understand why. But it is fixed. Thanks again.
