Just to verify that you have run LiveUpdate enough times. Have you run it (rebooting when requested) until such time as it states "no updates found' as shown below. This is the response you need to get.

The problem is that the toolbar will not update thru Live Update OR the toolbar will not reinsall.
Based on what the Admin has said, the toolbar version never updates for me or for many others.

So, if a poster says "I ran liveupdate until it said it was finished and I did not get the NTB" (I ask the question and even started to supply the screenshot of "no updates found") so we do not continue to chase the problem when in fact they have not run LiveUpdate until they got the correct response. that we asked for.
