Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I am trying to log in to Identity Safe via the toolbar. When I attempt to log in to my Norton Account first, I am told that my credentiaIs are wrong, however, I am able to log on to my Norton Account or Identity Safe if I go to the web page.

Sorted.  Changed Norton account password, restarted pc, logged back in and all good now.
