Hello everybody!

Unfortunately there's no folder "exts" or "extensions" or anything like that?! I made all folders and files visible, even secured system files.

Using NIS (should be 2012, but not sure. I can't even look it up, because the contract with my ISP has ended) version 18.7.2.3.

Can anybody help me please?

Welcome to Norton Community.

When you say that the contract with your ISP has ended - you mean to say the product is in inactive state i.e. subscription expired? What is the browser you are using, can you please give us some info about that?
