Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I have been waiting for Norton Safeweb to verify my site www.butterflyweddingandevents.co.uk for several months now and it still has the grey question mark icon beside the site.  The site is owner verified.   Can someone help solve this issue. Thanks
