Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

I have Norton 360 and after I upgraded to version 6.2.1.5 it no longer asks to add a new login. I am having to add new logins manually. Note: This happened about the same time I upgraded to Firefox 12.

What version of Norton 360 did you have previously?  6.2 has a bar at the top of the webpage, rather than a popup, that prompts to save new logins.  It is easy to miss if you are looking for a popup instead.

I upgraded from Norton version 5.2.1.3. They still work on my other 2 PC's. Yes they use a pop-up window. I just applied a new login to the PC with version 6.2.1.5. I looked closely for the "bar at the top of the webpage", but there wasn't one. I had to add the login manually to Identity Safe. Thank you for the suggestion. I am afraid to upgrade my other 2 PC's.

  In the Identity Safe Browsing Options, make sure that "Offer to save my credentials when I log into websites" is selected.
