Norton Toolbar / Norton Identity Safe

Once upon a time I could get Norton Toolbar up on my TalkTalk Email screen and it would autofill the Email and Password for access to the account.

Can someone kindly give me a navigation to re-instate feature. By the way Norton Identity Safe is installed.

Hi,

Please follow the steps below.

1. Once the product is installed, login to your Norton Account(if you don't have one create one)(You can login to the Norton Account by clicking on the Identity safe icon on the toolbar)

2. Create an Online vault for you with a strong password

3.Open browser and browse to the Talktalk web mail URL

4. Enter the username and password and click on login, you details will be automatically saved in the vault assuming you have not changed the default settings of the vault

5. Now if you browse again to the URL, it would automatically fill in for you.
